Orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, other unforeseen circumstances and/or various situations beyond our control.
Orders with multiple products may ship separately with different delivery timelines.
You are advised not to accept packages that are tampered with significantly at the time of delivery.
Orders may be cancelled in case the delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners.
Please note that a shipped product cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order any time before they are shipped from our side by sending an email. We shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience from order cancellations or return decisions.
We charge additional costs/fees for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we have a strict no-return, no-replacement and no-refund policy under the following conditions (including but not limited to):
In case you feel there is a problem of quality, expiry, or wrong product, you may please contact us on the email given on the website with all the details of your order and your concern. Alternatively, you may do the same from your ‘Orders’ page under ‘My Account’ after login.
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery to help us resolve claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect products more efficiently.
Please note, any such concern should be shared with us within 3 days (Three days) from the time the order has been delivered to your address. Kindly note, complaints received beyond this will not be entertained.
Additionally, to be eligible for a return/refund, the product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and with invoice. If returns are accepted, we will review the product after we receive the same and notify you of the solution offered and this decision will solely be at the discretion of the company. In cases where refunds are approved, applicable shipping and handling charges incurred by us are non-refundable and will be deducted at actuals from the refund amount. This is also applicable for orders where we offer free shipping.
